What does life as a woman or girl look like in your country/city/town/village? Any issues/challenges/milestones?

Life as a girl in my city is very amazing. I think the woman empowerment issue went on well in my country. It's beautiful being a girl here and the society appreciates you as a mother and sister. Everyone is treated equally regardless of their gender, though in some few deep local villages being a girl is still difficult, unlike in the cities.

What are you most passionate about and what are you doing with that passion?

I am greatly interested in writing stories and articles. In spite of this interest, I haven't been able to publish my story anywhere in a magazine or blog, but I have participated in some essay writing competitions and story writing competitions.

How have the women and girls around you helped you to get to where you are today?

Women around have helped me to grow up as a strong and positive person in character. My mother and aunts have greatly played a role in making sure that I know my value to be equal to that of anyone else, regardless of gender. This has helped me do well in my studies up till my now as I am undertaking my degree in medicine.
